These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and the services offered by Ogden Ventures LLC (“Ogden Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including keynote speaking, coaching, consulting, podcast, and related content and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using this site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site or engage the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit forms or engage our Services. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to bind any organization on whose behalf you are acting.

The site is a marketing and inquiry surface for Ogden Ventures. Actual Services (including keynotes, coaching engagements, consulting engagements, podcast appearances, and related deliverables) are provided under separate written agreements signed by both parties. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to provide Services; a binding offer arises only when both parties sign a written engagement letter or Statement of Work.

You agree not to:

• Use the site or Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or fictitious information through any form.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account associated with the site.
• Interfere with the operation of the site, including through automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts, or bulk form-submission scripts.
• Reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the site without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed here or under applicable law.

All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software — is the property of Ogden Ventures or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content for your personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

“Marques Ogden,” “Ogden Ventures,” “The Bison Network,” and “Get Authentic with Marques Ogden” are trademarks or service marks of Ogden Ventures. Third-party trademarks appearing on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

When you submit content to us through a form (an inquiry, an application, feedback, a testimonial, or otherwise), you grant Ogden Ventures a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content for the purpose of responding to you, providing the Services, and marketing our business. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your submission does not violate any third-party rights.

Fees for Services are set out in the applicable engagement letter or Statement of Work. Unless expressly stated otherwise, deposits and payments are non-refundable. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are governed by the applicable engagement letter.

The site may include links to and integrations with third-party services (including GoHighLevel, Netlify, Supabase, Calendly, podcast hosts, and payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

The site and Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Content published on the site — including podcast episodes, social posts, and written materials — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, medical, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ogden Ventures and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of the site or Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid Ogden Ventures for the Services giving rise to the claim in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ogden Ventures and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
